Composition

Tab: Vonoprazan 10 mg and Aspirin 100 mg

Indications & Dosage

Chronic stable angina Pectoris, unstable angina, myocardial infarction, ischemic cerebrovascular disorder, TIA, cerebral infarction, with history of gasteric/duodenal ulcer: Adult: 10/100 mg once daily. After coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) with history of gasteric/duodenal ulcer: Adult: 10/100 mg once daily.

Contraindications

Peptic ulcer, blood abnormality, bleeding tendency, bronchial asthma, renal disorder, hepatic disorder, alcohol dependents, scheduled surgery, catrdiac catheter test, tooth extraction.

Precautions

Elevation of intragastric pH, metabolic disorder, elderly. Monitor blood pressure, endoscopic examination in prolonged use. Consult physician if a surgery is scheduled during treatmant.

Interactions

Drugs depend on gastric pH for absorption (atazanavir, rilpivirine, nelfinavir), Itraconazole, digoxin, tyrosine kinase inhibitors, RAS Inhibitors, anticoagulant and antiplatelets

General malaise, fever, shortness of breath, esophagitis, gasteric distress, itch, anemia, decrease blood pressure and edema.
