Composition

Cap 50 mg: Diacerein 50 mg.

Indications & Dosage

Pain and inflammation associated with degenerative joint diseases such as osteoarthritis & related diseases: Adults: 1 cap twice daily. Children: Not recom-mended.

Contraindications

History of hypersensitivity to anthraquinone derivatives, pregnancy, kidney dysfunct

Precautions

Not to be taken concomitantly with laxatives. Reduce dose in patients with renal insufficiency. Monitor CBC, LFT and urine analysis every 6 months

Interactions

Aluminium and magnesium containing antacids.
