Composition

Tab180 mg: Bempedoic Acid 180 mg

Indications & Dosage

Primary hypercholesterolaemia or mixed dyslipidaemia (in combination with a statin, or with other lipid-lowering therapies or alone if a statin contra-indicated or not tolerated): Adult: 180 mg once daily. To reduce the risk of myocardial infarction and coronary revascularization (when statin therapy is inappropriate) with established cardiovascular disease (CVD), or a high risk for a CVD event: Adult: 180 mg once daily.

Contraindications

Serious hypersensitivity reactions, such as angioedema

Precautions

Severe renal impairment, severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh C). Analyze lipid levels within 8 to 12 weeks.
