Composition
Eye Drop/Oint: Tobramycin 0.3%. Forte Eye Drop: Tobramycin 0.5%.
Indications & Dosage
Ocular bacterial infections: ADULTS & CHILDREN: 1 or 2 drops four hourly. Severe cases, increase to 2 drops every hr reducing prior to discontinuation or apply ointment two or more times daily.
