Indications & Dosage
Antidote after treatment with (high-dose) methotrexate: To be adjusted to individual needs, dose that corresponds to approximately 10 to 20 per cent of the methotrexate dose. See literature. In the treatment of megaloblastic anaemias, owing to folate deficiency: Initial course of 10 mg daily for 10 to 15 days, subsequent therapy and dosage modified to the haematological response.
