Composition
Tab/Caplet: Paracetamol 500 mg, caffeine 65 mg.
Indications & Dosage
Headache, Migraine, Backache, Neuralgia,Rheumatic and muscle pains: Adults: 2 tab up to 4 times daily, should not be re-peated more frequently than 4 hr. Max 8 tab daily. Children: Not recommended.
Precautions
Impaired hepatic function, body-weight under 50 kg, chronic alcohol consumption, chronic dehydration, chronic malnutrition, hepatocellular insufficiency, long-term use (especially in those who are malnourished). Before administering, check when paracetamol last administered and cumulative paracetamol dose over previous 24 hours,
Interactions
Drugs which delay gastric emptying (e.g. antichol inergics, narcotics).

Side Effects
Cyanosis, skin eruptions, hypoglycaemia, CNS stimulations. Rare: Skin reactions, blood disorders, hepatoxicity (high dose), Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute Generalized exanthematous pustulosis, malaise, leucopenia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia.
