Composition
Cream: Clascoterone 1%
Indications & Dosage
Acne vulgaris: Adult & Children above 12 yrs: Apply once daily, to be applied thinly twice daily.
Precautions
Avoid contact with eyes, nostrils, mouth and mucous membranes, eczematous, broken or sunburned skin. avoid exposure to UV light (including sunlight, sunlamps). If sun exposure is unavoidable, an appropriate sunscreen or protective clothing should be used. Treatment should be temporarily discontinued if severe skin reaction occurs.

Side Effects
Erythema/reddening, local irritation, pruritus, scaliing, dryness, burning, oedema, stinging, skin atrophy, striae rubrae, skin redness or peeling, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis suppression (discontinue), systemic toxicity, hyperkalemia, polycyctic ovaries, amenorrhea.
