Composition
Syp: Per 5 ml: Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg. Tab: Chlorpheniramine maleate 1 mg, paracetamol 325 mg, dextromethorphan HbR 10 mg, pseudoephedrine 15 mg.
Indications & Dosage
Nasal congestion, sinus congestion, runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes: Adults: 1 tab 3-4 times daily or 2 tablespoonful syrupevery 4-6 hr. Max 8 tablespoonful/24 hr. Children 6-12 yrs: one and half tsp syrup 4-6 hourly.
Side Effects
Dizziness, drowsiness, palpitation, tachycardia, GI disturbances, sedation
