Composition
Liqd: Benzydamine HCI 0.15% w/v, chlorhexidine gluconate 0.2% w/v.
Indications & Dosage
Orodental disorders like stomatitis, aphthous ulcers, plaque, gingivitis, oral mucositis, denture ulcers, burning mouth syndrome & oropharyngeal disorders like sore throat, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, and following throat surgery: Adults & Children above 6 yrs: Rinse the mouth or gargle throat thoroughly for 30 sec to one min and then spit it out. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times a day.
Contraindications
Pregnancy, lactation, children below 6 years.
Precautions
Avoid eyes. Not to be swallowed. The use of undiluted mouthwash may produce irritant effect
Side Effects
Alteration in taste perception, reversible staining of teeth after prolonged use increased calculus formation.
