Cream: Per gm: Lignocaine HCI 2.5%w/w and Prrilocaine 2.5%w/w
Indications & Dosage
Anaesthesia before venous cannulation or venipuncture, Minor Skin surgery such as removal of skin lesions, warts or molluscum, biopsy, Laser treatment, cleaning of serious wounds: TOPICAL APPLICATION: Adult: Apply 1-2.5 g cream, apply thick layer to the area at least 30 minutes before procedure; max application time 5 hours, remove cream with gauze and perform procedure after approximately 5 minutes.
Contraindications
Should not be applied to damaged skin, sino-atrial disorders.
Precautions
Shock, acute porphyria, renal and hepatic impairment. Avoid excessive dosage in obese patients.
Interactions
Propranolol, cimetidine, antiarrhythmics, diuretics.
Pregnancy
Not known to be harmful

Local irritation. Rare: Anaphylaxis
