Composition
Tab: Silicon dioxide 2 mg, activated dimethylpolysiloxane 40 mg.
Indications & Dosage
Accumulation of gas in GI tract, belching, gastric hyperacidity and flatulence and heartburn: Adults: 1-2 tab 3 or 4 times daily.
Precautions
Renal dysfunction, patients on low phosphate diet, hepatic impairment. Antacids may damage enteric coatings designed to prevent dissolution in the stomach, prolong use.
Side Effects
Nausea, constipation, dry mouth, diarrhoea, headache, disturbance of appetite
