Indications & Dosage
Oestrogen-receptor-positive breast cancer: BY DEEP IM INJ: Adult: 500 mg every 2 weeks for the rst 3 doses, then 500 mg every month, to be administered into the buttock. PRECAUTIONS: Caution in mild to moderate hepatic impairment; avoid in severe impairment. Caution if creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/minute.
Administration
500 mg dose should be administered as one 250 mg injection (slowly over 1–2 minutes) into each buttock.

Side Effects
Appetite decreased, arthralgia, asthenia, diarrhoea, headache, hot ush, hypersensitivity, increased risk of infection, nausea, pain rash, vaginal haemorrhage, venous thromboembolism, vomiting. Rare: Hepatic disorders, vaginal discharge, myalgia.
