Tab: Gefapixant 45 mg.
Indications & Dosage
Treatment of Refractory Chronic Cough (RCC) and Unexplained Chronic Cough (UCC) persists more than 8 weeks: Adult: 45 mg twice daily.
Precautions
Severe renal and hepatic impairment, allergic to medicines containing sulphonamide, sleep apnoea, acute infection of the lung / lower respiratory system (e.g., pneumonia or bronchitis).
Interactions
Alcohol, CNS depressants, oral hypoglycaemics, antihistamines.

Side Effects
Change in taste, loss of taste, nausea, cough worsening or increase, dry mouth, upper respiratory tract infection, diarrhoea, pain in your mouth or throat, loss of appitite, dizzy, upper abdominal pain, indigestion, tingling or prickling sensationin mouth, increased saliva production, insomnia, stones in bladder, urinary or kidney.
