Composition
Per RotaCap: Ipratropium bromide 20 mcg and salbutamol 100 mcg; RotaCap for use by inhalation device for inhalation.
Indications & Dosage
Chronic reversible airways obstruction, particularly in chronic bronchitis: Adults: 40-80 mcg Rotacaps3 or 4 times daily. Children: 6-12 yr: 40 mcg 3 times daily.
Precautions
Glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy.
Side Effects
Constipation, dry mouth and urinary retention.
