Composition
Eye Drop: Latanoprostene Bunod 0.024% ophthalmic solution.
Indications & Dosage
For reduction of intraocular pressure (IOP) with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension: Adults: 1 drop in affected eye(s) once daily, in the evening.
Precautions
Intraocular Inflammation, caution in aphakic patients, in pseudophakic patients with a torn posterior lens capsule, or in patients with known risk factors for macular edema, concurrent corneal disease or a disruption of the ocular epithelial surface, bacterial keratitis. Contact lenses should be removed prior to the administration.
Interactions
Additive effects with other glaucoma treatments. Leave interval of at least 5 min with other topical eye preparations.

Locat iritation, dryness in eyes, increased pigmentation of the iris and periorbital tissue (eyelid), increased length, thickness, and the number of lashes or hairs, intraocular inflammation (iritis/uveitis), macular edema, including cystoid macular edema, bacterial Keratitis
