Composition
Gel/Cream: Isotretinoin 0.05%.
Indications & Dosage
Acne vulgaris: Adults: Apply sparingly once or twice daily for minimum 6-8 wk. Children: Not recommended.
Contraindications
History or family history of cutaneous epithelioma, pregnancy (effective contraceptive measures must be taken 1 month before, during and 1 month after therapy) lactation
Precautions
Avoid eyes, mouth, and mucous membrane, abraded or sun-burnt skin, avoid UV light, lactation
Interactions
Keratolytics.
Side Effects
Local irritation, dryness.
