Composition
Susp: Per 5 ml: Mebhydrolin (as napsylate) 50 mg. Tab 50 mg: Mebhydrolin (as napsylate) 50 mg.
Indications & Dosage
Hay fever, rhinitis, urticaria, and other allergic conditions: Adults: 1-2 tab three times daily. Children: 5-20 ml suspension daily in divided doses after meals.
Interactions
Alcohol, CNS depressants, MAOls.
Side Effects
Drowsiness, impaired reactions. Rare:Granulocytopenia, paradoxical excitement in children.
