Composition
Inj 400 mg: Per ml: Mesna 100 mg; 4 ml (400 mg) vial.
Indications & Dosage
Cytotoxic induced urothelial toxicity: BY IV INJ: Adult: Dose to be calculated according to oxazaphosphorine (cyclophosphamide or ifosfamide)treatment (consult product literature).
Side Effects
Headache, fatigue, depression, diarrhoea, colic, hypotension, irritability, joint pains, limb pains, nausea, rash, tachycardia, vomiting. Rare: Hypersensitivity reactions (more common in patientswith auto-immune disorders)
