Tab 2.5 mg/5 mg/10 mg/15 mg: Mirogabalin besylate 2.5 mg/5 mg/10 mg/15 mg
Indications & Dosage
For the treatment of neuropathic pain in adult: Adult: Initially 5 mg twice daily, and then increased by 5 mg per dosing with an interval of at least 1 week up to 15 mg twice daily.
Precautions
Renal impairment; dose adjustment required, hepatic impairment, elderly, effective contraception must be used in women of child bearing potential, haemodialysis
Interactions
Probenecid, Cimetidine, Lorazepam, Alcohol.
Pregnancy
Avoid unless the potential benefit outweighs the risk.
Lactation
Caution advised, consider discontinuation of breastfeeding
Side Effects
Dizziness, somnolence, loss of consciousness, hepatic function disorder, weight gain, withdrawal symptoms, ophthalmic disorders.
