Composition
Tab 100 mg: Rebamipide 100mg
Indications & Dosage
Benign gastric ulceration, Benign duodenal ulceration, gastric mucosa lesions, acute gastritis and acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis: Adults & Children above 15yrs: 100 mg three times daily in the morning, in the evening, and before bedtime.
Contraindications
Dialysis, history of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of this drug
Precautions
Renal impairment. Patients under intensive care (reports of bezoar formation) caution is advised in seriously ill patients, especially those receiving concomitant enteric feeds or those with predisposing conditions such as delayed gastric emptying.

Side Effects
Constipation, back pain, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, flatulence, gastric discomfort, indigestion, nausea, diarrhoea, rash. Rare: Bezoar formation, Shock, anaphylactic reactions, LeukoPenla, thrornbocytopenia, hepatic dysfunction and Jaundice
