Composition

TAB: Doxylamine succinate 10 mg and pyridoxine hydrochloride 10 mg.

Indications & Dosage

Symptoms of nausea and vomiting: Adults: 2 tab at bed time, may increase to 1 tab in morning and 1 tab in afternoon if needed.

Precautions

Asthma, increased intraocular pressure, narrow angle glaucoma, stenosing peptic ulcer, pyloroduodenal obstruction and urinary bladder-neck obstruction.

Interactions

MAOIs, CNS depressants such as hypnotics, sedatives, tranquillizers.

Pregnancy

Not recommended.

Side Effects

CNS depression, convulsion, blurred vision, ventricular arrrythmia, psychomotor impairment, somnolence, dyspnoea, palpitation, tachycardia, tremor, visual disturbances, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhoea, chest discomfort, fatigue, irritability, malaise, hypersensitivity, dizziness, insomnia, night-mares, dysuria, urinary retention, hyperhidrosis, pruritus, rash, rash maculopapular, headache, migraine, paresthesia, disorientation
