Composition
Cream: Per 100 gm: Ibuprofen 10 gm.
Indications & Dosage
Pain relief in rheumatic and musculoskeletal conditions, Treatment in knee or hand osteoarthritis (adjunct): Adult: Apply 3 to 4 times a day; therapy should be reviewed after 14 days. Children: Not recommended.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity reactions, aspirin/anti-inflammatory induced allergy.
Precautions
Avoid contact with eyes and lips, avoid contact with inflamed or broken skin, avoid contact with mucous membranes, not for use with occlusive dressings, topical application of large amounts can result in systemic effect, including hypersensitivity and asthma (renal disease has also been reported). Avoid in pregnancy and lactation
Side Effects
Erythema, photosensitivity, rash (discontinue use if develops).Deterioration in renal function has also been reported after topical use
