Composition
Susp: Per 5 ml: Levamisole (as HCI) 40 mg. Tab 40 mg/120 mg: Levamisole HCI 50 mg (base 40 mg)/150 mg (base 120 mg).
Indications & Dosage
Intestinal Roundworm infections by A. lumbricoides, N. Americanus, A. duodenale, E. vermicularis, T. trichiura, S. stercoralis, T. colubriformis: Adults: 120-150mg, single dose after meal. In severe hookworm infection, second dose after 1 or 7 days is suggested. Children 1-4 yr: 40 mg; 5-15 yr: 80 mg; 16-18 yrs: 120 mg; single dose after meal. In severe hookworm infection, second dose after 7 days is suggested.

Epilepsy, in cases of microfilaraemia, transient fever may occur. Not for prolong treatment
