Composition
Cap/Tab: Olanzapine 6 mg, fluoxetine hydrochloride 25 mg.. Cap/Tab: Olanzapine 3 mg, fluoxetine hydrochloride 25 mg. Cap: Olanzapine 12 mg, fluoxetine hydrochloride 25 mg.
Indications & Dosage
Treatment resistant depression, Depression associated with Bipolar 1 disorder: Adult: Initially25 mg/6 mg per day in evening then increase gradually if needed; max 75 mg/18 mg per day.
Precautions
Hepatic and renal disease, cardiac disease, allergy, breast cancer, intestinal problems, low blood pressure, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, narrow-angle glaucoma, prostate problem, seizures, stomach problems, dehydration, dementia, stroke, dehydration, low white blood cell.
Pregnancy
Avoid unless potential benefit outweighs risk

Agitation, anxiety, arthralgia, blood disorders, confusion, convulsions, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, fatigue, headache, increased appetite, insomnia, myalgia, oedema, postural hypotension, tremor, weight changes, hallucinations, mania, movement disorders, syncope, dysarthria, hypersalivation, hyponatraemia, inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone, sedation during initial treatment Rare: Aggression, myoclonus, pancreatitis, angle-closure glaucoma, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, suicidal behavior, toxic epidermal necrolysis
