DEXAMETHASONE AND NEOMYCIN, EYE · by REMINGTON
Composition
: Eye Drop: Dexamethasone sodium phosphate equiv to 1 mg (0.1%) of dexamethasone phosphate, neomycin sulphate equiv to 3.5 mg of neomycin base.
Indications & Dosage
Infected inflammatory conditions: Adults & Children: 1 or 2 drops four to six hourly.
Contraindications
Viral, fungal, tuberculous or purulent infections, glaucoma, soft contact lenses.

Side Effects
Rise in intra-ocular pressure, corneal thinning, cataract, fungal infection.
