Composition
Eye Drop/Oint: Ofloxacin 0.3%.
Indications & Dosage
Bacterial eye infections, Conjunctivitis: Adults & Children: 1-2 drops every 2-4 hr for 2 days, then 1-2 drops 4 times daily for 5 days. Bacterial Corneal Ulcer: Adults & Children: 1-2 drops every 30 min and 1-2 drops every 4-6 hr after retiring for 2 days, then 1-2 drops every 1 hr while awake for 5-7 days, then 1-2 drops every 6 hr for 2 days.

Soft contact lenses.

Side Effects
Transient local irritation including photophobia, dizziness and headache.
