Composition
Tab: Paracetamol 500 mg and Diphenhydramine 25 mg
Indications & Dosage
Common cold, Flu, migraine, headache, muscle ache, dysmenorrhea, toothache, pain: Adults & Children above 12 yrs: 1-2 tab once at night.
Contraindications
Acute porphyrias, hypersensitivity, Avoid in severe liver disease; increased risk of coma, pregnancy and lactation.
Precautions
Caution in patients in narrow angle glaucoma, pyloroduodenal obstruction, urinary tract obstruction, urinary tract obstruction, hyperthyroidism, increased intraocular pressure, cardiovascular disease, severe hepatic and renal impairment, epilepsy, prostatic hypertrophy
Interactions
CNS depressants, nebivolul tamoxifen, tramadol, amphetamines, fesoterodine.

Anorexia, fatigue, confusion weakness, restlessness, lethargy, dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, drowsiness, bloating, drowsiness, tremor, jaundice, hepatic dysfunction, granulocytopenia, hypertension, euphoria, hallucinations, palpitations, decreased libido, ataxia, skin rash, urticaria, early menses, urinary frequency, urinary retention, purpura, eosinophilia, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, weight gain, wheezing, tightness of chest, thickening of bronchial secretions.
