Composition
Tab: Aspirin 300 mg, paracetamol 200 mg, caffeine 30 mg. Caplet: Aspirin 250 mg, paracetamol 250 mg, caffeine 65 mg.
Indications & Dosage
Relief of pain, fever associated with acute & chronic rheumatism, dysmenorrhoea, neuralgia, tonsillitis, influenza, coryza, headaches: Adults & Children above 12 yrs: 1-2 tab three to four times a day.
Contraindications
Previous or active peptic ulceration, haemophilia and other bleeding disorders, severe renal or hepatic impairment.
Interactions
Oral anticoagulants, heparin, anti-platelet agents, fibrinolytics, NSAIDs, uricosuric agents, methotrexate, SSRIs, venlafaxine, corticosteroids, acetazolamide, drugs which delay gastric emptying (e.g. anticholinergics, narcotics).
Pregnancy
Caution advised, avoid at full term

Side Effects
Cyanosis, skin eruptions, hypoglycaemia, CNS stimulations, bronchospasm, GI upset, allergic reactions, GI and other haemorrhage. Tinnitus, vertigo, confusion, increased bleeding.
