Indications & Dosage
Bacterial skin infections: Adults & Children: Apply sparingly two or more times daily.
Precautions
Nephrotoxicity, neurotoxicity, renal impairment, large open wounds.
Side Effects
Nephrotoxicity, neurotoxicity, contact sensitization.
