Composition
Vaginal Tab: Neomycin sulphate 35000 IU, poly-myxin B sulphate 30000 IU, nystatin 100000 IU.
Indications & Dosage
Vulvo-vaginal candidosis, vaginal infection: Adults: 1 inserted high into the vagina for 14 con-secutive night, or longer, regardless of any intervening menstruation. Children: Not recommended.
Precautions
Avoid in acute porphyrias, avoid intra-vaginal preparations (particularly those that require use of an applicator) in young girls who are not sexually active, unless there is no alternative
Pregnancy
Positive evidence of risk: Use only when no safer alternative exists for a serious problem.
Lactation
Caution advised or effect undetermined.
