Composition
PFS Inj: Inclisiran 284 mg
Indications & Dosage
Primary hypercholesterolaemia or mixed dyslipidaemia in combination with a statin, or other lipid-lowering drug, if a statin contraindicated or not tolerated: BY SC INJ: Adult: Initially 284 mg as 1st dose, followed by 284 mg after 3 months as 2nd dose, then 284 mg every 6 months.
Administration
To be administered subcutaneous route inject into the abdomen; alternatively inject into the thigh or upper arm.
Contraindications
Serious hypersensitivity reactions, such as angioedema, rash and urticaria.
Precautions
Severe renal impairment, severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh C). Analyze lipid levels within 8 to 12 weeks.

Abdominal pain or discomfort, arthralgia, UTI, pain in extremity, diarrhoea, bronchitis, dyspnoea.
