Composition
Tab: Silymarin 200 mg. Syp: Per 5 ml: Silymarin 105 mg.
Indications & Dosage
Hepatitis, Hepatitis A, jaundice, hepatic cirrhosis: Tab: Adults: 1 tab twice daily. Susp: Adults: 2 tsp twice daily. Children: 1-2 tsp twice daily.
Contraindications
Hepatic encephalopathy, primary biliary cirrhosis, hormone-related cancers, pregnancy, lactation and hypersensitivity to drug.
Precautions
Children and elderly.
Side Effects
Upset stomach, joint pain, headache, weakness.
