Composition
Eye Drop/Oint: Loteprednol 0.5%, tobramycin 0.3%.
Indications & Dosage
Infected inflammatory conditions: Adults: 1 or 2 drops four to six hourly.
Contraindications
Viral, mycobacterial, fungal, amoebic or purulent infections of cornea and conjunctiva, undiagnosed redden eye, hypersensitivity
Precautions
Prolonged use, glaucoma; monitorintra ocular pressure when used for 10 days or longer, soft contact lenses; wait minimum, 15 min before inserting.
Interactions
Ocular hypotensive agents, cycloplegics.

Side Effects
Discomfort, itching, dry eye, foreign body sensation, epiphora, corneal defect, conjunctival hyperaemia, instillation site burning, headache.
