Composition
Gel: Naproxen betaine sodium 10% w/w.
Indications & Dosage
Rheumatic and muscular pain, musculoskeletal conditions, sprains, strains: Adults: Apply to the affected site 2-3 times daily, review treatment in 14-28 days Children: Not recommended.
Contraindications
Asthma, aspirin/anti-inflammatory induced allergy, hypersensitivity
Precautions
Avoid contact with eyes and lips, avoid contact with inflamed or broken skin, avoid contact with mucous membranes, not for use with occlusive dressings, topical application of large amounts can result in systemic effects, including hypersensitivity and asthma, avoid in pregnancy and lactation
Side Effects
Local erythema, pruritus, dermatitis, paraesthesia, photosensitivity, rash (discontinue use)
