Composition
Tab 30 mg: Lamivudine 150 mg, Stavudine 30 mg and Nevirapine 200 mg.Tab 40 mg: Lamivudine 150 mg, Stavudine 40 mg and Nevirapine 200 mg.
Indications & Dosage
Treatment of HIV infection: Adults: Less than 60 kg body-weight: 1 tab of 30 mg every 12 hr; 60 kg and above body-weight: 1 tab of 40 mg every 12 hr. Neonates less than 2 weeks old: 500 mcg of stavudine/kg every 12 hr. Children 2 weeks old less than 30 kgbody-weight: 1 mg of stavudine/kg every 12 hr; 30 kg and above body-weight: Same as adult dose.
Contraindications
Consult product literature or refer individual ingredients for contraindications, precautions, interactions and side-effects.
Pregnancy
Avoid, use only when no safer alternative exists for a serious problem.
Lactation
Contraindicated
