Indications & Dosage
immunization against typhoid fever: BY SC OR IM INJ: Adult & Children above 12 yr: 0.5 ml for 1 dose, 2nd dose at intervals of 4 weeks. Children below 12yr: 0.25 ml for 1 dose, 2nd dose at intervals of 4 weeks.
Interactions
Antibiotics, sulphonamides.
Side Effects
Mild GI disturbances or a transitory exanthema may occur.
