Composition
Tab: Phenazopyridine HCI 100 mg.
Indications & Dosage
Burning, pain in urinary tract: Adults: 2 tab 3 times daily. Children: Not recom-mended.
Contraindications
Renal impairment or severe hepatitis. Discontinue if the skin or sclerae become discoloured.
Precautions
Patient with G6PD deficiency. Staining of contact lenses may occur.

Side Effects
GI upset, headache, rashes, hepatotoxicity, haemolytic anaemia, acute renal failure, cystic deposit formation, abnormal colouration of body tissues or fluids.
