Composition
Expectorant: Per 5 ml: Salbutamol 1 mg as sulphate, guaifenesin 50 mg.
Indications & Dosage
Cough in bronchospasmic conditions such as asthma, bronchitis and other pulmonary disorders: Adults: 2-4 tsp 2 or 3 times daily. Children 2-6 yrs:1-2 tsp 2 or 3 times daily; 6-12 yrs:2 tsp 2 or 3 times daily; above 12 yrs: adult dose.
Precautions
Thyrotoxicosis, first trimester of pregnancy
Interactions
Beta-blocking drugs.
