Composition
DPI Cap: Per actuation: Fluticasone Furoate 100mcg, Umeclidinium 62.5mcg, Vilanterol 25mcg
Indications & Dosage
Treatment of asthma, treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease: Adults: 1 actuation of 100/62.5/25mcg once daily by oral inhalation.
Precautions
Severe cardiovascular disorders, moderate or severe hepatic impairment, pulmonary tuberculosis, diabetes, hypokalaemia, thyrotoxicosis, pregnancy, lactation. Monitor patients for corticosteroid-related side effects. Prolonged treatment with high doses increases risk of adrenal suppression and systemic effects; monitor adrenal function.
Side Effects
Serious asthma-related events (hospitalizations required), intubations, death, oropharyngeal candidiasis, increased risk of pneumonia in COPD, immunosuppression and risk of infections, paradoxical bronchospasm,worsening of narrow-angle glaucoma.
