Composition
Tab 75mg: Vibegron 75mg
Indications & Dosage
Treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and urinary frequency in adult: Adult: 75 mg once daily.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to drug, severe uncontrolled hypertension, severe renal or hepatic impairment, end-stage renal disease.
Precautions
Monitor for urinary retention, especially in patients with bladder outlet obstruction and also in patients taking muscarinic antagonist medications for OAB. If urinary retention develops, discontinue treatment.
Interactions
Digoxin, warfarin, drugs metabolized by CYP2D6, such as thioridazine, Type 1C antiarrhythmics (e.g.: flecainide, propafenone) and tricyclic antidepressants (e.g., imipramine, desipramine), drug that prolong the QT interval.

Side Effects
Headache, urinary tract infection, nasopharyngitis, diarrhea, nausea, and upper respiratory tract infection, tachycardia, dizziness. vaginal infection, gastritis, urticaria, rash, rash macular, rash popular, pruritis, blood pressure increased, GGT increased, AST increased and ALT increased. Rare: urinary retention, oedema.
