Composition
Tab: Sofosbuvir 400 mg, Velpatasvir 100 mg Voxilaprevir 100 mg
Indications & Dosage
Chronic hepatitis C infection (specialist use only): Adult: 1 tab once daily, for duration of treatment, consult product literature. Reduce dose of concurrent H2- receptor antagonist if dose is above comparable to famotidine 40 mg twice daily. Reduce dose of concurrent proton pump inhibitor if dose is above comparable to omeprazole 20 mg.
Contraindications
Moderate to severe hepatic impairment, HBV infection
Precautions
Caution in mild hepatic impairment, Hepatitis B co-infection, test should be conducted to ensure no sign of HBV before initiating treatment
Interactions
H2- receptor antagonist, Proton pump inhibitor, Rifampicin, Entravirine, Amiodarone
Side Effects
Angioedema, diarrhoea, nausea, fatigue, blisters, swelling, vomiting, rashes
