Composition
Inhaler 100/200 mcg: Per dose: Salbutamol 100/200 mcg; metered dose inhaler.
Indications & Dosage
Asthma, bronchospasm, reversible airways obstruction: Adults & Children: Acute attack: 1 or 2 puffs as necessary. Allergen or exercise-induced asthma: 1 or 2 puffs 10-15 min before challenge; max 8 puffs per day.
Precautions
Myocardial insufficiency, angina, hyperthyroidism, cardiac arrhythmias, hypertension, pregnancy and lactation
Interactions
Sympathomimetics.
Side Effects
Headache, tremor, feeling of tension, peripheral vasodilatation.
