Cap/ 250 mg/500 mg: Cefatrizine 250 mg/500 mg. Susp 250 mg: Per 5 ml: Cefatrizine 250 mg
Indications & Dosage
Infections of the respiratory tract, ENT, urinary tract, skin, soft tissue and bones, Gynaecological and obstetrical infections, Gonorrhoea and syphilis, Dental procedures: Adults: 1 gm daily in two divided doses. Children 4 months-2 yrs:125-250 mg daily; 3-6 yr:250-500 mg daily, in two divided doses.

Hepatic & renal impairment, hypersensitivity
Interactions
Loop diuretics, probenecid, metformin

Abdominal discomfort, agranulocytosis, allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, aplastic anaemia, blood disorders, confusion, disturbances in liver enzymes, dizziness, eosinophilia, haemolytic anaemia, hallucinations, headache, hypertonia, leucopenia, nervousness, pruritus, rashes, fever and arthralgia, sleep disturbances, urticaria, GI disturbances, Rare: Stevens-Johnson syndrome, thrombocytopenia, toxic epidermal necrolysis, transient cholestatic jaundice, transient hepatitis,
