Pen fill Inj 100 IU: 50% insulin aspart, 50% insulin aspen protamine. 100 IU/ ml; 3 ml prefilled disposable injection devices (range 1-60 units, allowing 1 unit dosage adjustment)
Indications & Dosage
Diabetes mellitus: BY SC INJ: Adults & Children: Before a meal or, if necessary, soon after a meal. The dosage of insulin should be adjusted to maintain pre-meal and bedtime blood glucose of 80-140 mg/dL (Children < 5 yr: 100-200 mg/dL).
