Indications & Dosage
Treatment and pre-operative prophylaxis of haemorrhage in patients with congential deficiency of factors II, VII, IX, or Xif purified specific Coagulation factors not available, and during warfarin treatment: See literature for dosage and administration.
Contraindications
Angina, recent myocardial infarction (except in life-threatening haemorrhage following over dosage of oral anticoagulants, and before induction of fibrinolytic therapy),history of heparin induced thrombocytopenia.
Precautions
Risk of thrombosis, disseminated intravascular coagulation, history of myocardial infarction or coronary head disease, hepatic disease, postoperative use.
