Composition
Syp: Per 5 ml: Carbocisteine 100 mg, Promethazine HCI 2.5 mg.
Indications & Dosage
Acute and chronic bronchitis, rhinopharyngitis, tracheitis, acute and sub-acute laryngitis, otitis, sinusitis: Adults: 15 ml 3 times a day. Children 1-5 yrs: 5 ml/day/5 kg of body weight; above 5 yr: 5 ml 3-6 times per day.
Contraindications
Active peptic ulcer.
Precautions
The intake of alcohol during treatment not rec-ommended.
Side Effects
Drowsiness.
